Supply Chain Update: Select IP Cameras

Given the ongoing global shortage of electronic components and semiconductor chips, March Networks is experiencing longer lead times and supply constraints with several IP cameras.

Due to increased demand, the SE4 Indoor IR Dome is no longer available for order, effective immediately. Alternative products are listed below and can be recommended in the short term.  A permanent replacement for this camera will be available in August.

For both the SE2 IR MicroBullet and the SE4 IR DuraBullet , you can expect longer lead times for both of these cameras until late August (for the DuraBullet) and September (for the MicroBullet). Please guide customers to the alternative products as appropriate for projects that need standard lead times.

We are continuing to monitor the supply situation and will issue additional updates as necessary.

As always, we are committed to delivering products in a timely fashion. Standard lead times can be expected for any March Networks products not listed here.

Both recommended replacements are outdoor models with equal or greater resolution. The SE4 Outdoor IR Dome offers a similar wide field of view. The ME6 Outdoor IR Dome offers AI capabilities and multiple power options (12/24/PoE).
37401-101 SE2 IR MicroBullet 2.7-12mm On back order.
Longer lead times until September.		 SE2 Outdoor IR Dome – 2.7-12mm (Part Number 35834-101)

This is a different form factor but offers the same platform of features and imaging. It provides a similar field of view but does not provide 12VDC support.
37402-101 SE4 IR DuraBullet 2.7-12mm On back order.
Longer lead times until end of August.		 SE4 Outdoor IR Dome – 2.7-12mm (Part Number 37403-101)

This is a different form factor but the SE4 Outdoor IR Dome offers the same platform and imaging as the DuraBullet.
