MN.2025.1.0 Software and Firmware Release

We are pleased to announce the general availability of the major software release MN.2025.1.0, including software and firmware updates with key new features listed below. For further information, please refer to the Release Notes.

System Dashboard 

This release adds a System Dashboard view to Command Client and Web Client, consisting of multiple tiles that report health alerts, alarms, user information, and inventory data from managed cameras, recorders and services, offering complete system overview and providing actionable intelligence. 

Attribute Search 

The Attribute Search allows you to search video for people or vehicles with specific attributes, for example, a person with a red shirt, or a blue truck. It works by searching through AI metadata generated from cameras and recorders. To use the Attribute Search, you must install and configure a dedicated metadata database.

AI Smart Search Enhancements 

This release introduces key enhancements to AI Smart Search in the Web Client, focused on delivering sharper insights, proactive alerting, and increased scalability. 

Local Control 

Added a Local Control client interface to the X-Series, EL-Series and RideSafe XT Series recorders. This interface allows you to interact with the recorder directly, using a monitor connected to your HDMI output. 

RAID Grow 

Added support for the RAID Grow feature to the X-Series and RideSafe XT Series recorders. This feature provides a solution for expanding storage capacity on existing RAID configurations.
