MN.2025.0.0 Software and Firmware Release
We are pleased to announce the general availability of the major software release MN.2025.0.0, including software and firmware updates with key new features listed below. For further information, please refer to the Release Notes.
Command Enterprise
AI Smart Search
This release adds support for AI Smart Search, which uses advanced Generative AI technology to provide a fast, efficient search across your camera snapshots using everyday conversational language or keywords. This application eliminates the need to manually scan through footage by intelligently understanding the context of your search and matching it with existing snapshots from your system.
Note: For optimal performance, we recommend limiting the number of high-definition images included in an AI Smart Search operation.
Command Applications
802.1x Certificate Management support for R5 recorders
Support for R5 recorders has been added to the 802.1x Certificate Management application, which provides the capability to issue, monitor, and automatically renew 802.1x certificates from Command Enterprise, using an intermediate Certificate Authority configurable by IT managers. It prevents interruptions and downtime due to outof-date and expired certificates, which can pose a significant security vulnerability.
Web Client
Operations Audit Enhancements
Users are now able to click on a thumbnail image of an Operations Audit report to launch video playback from the same timestamp as the image.
Topology Resource Edit Enhancements
Added further editing capability in the video panel for basic users, without requiring edit mode or visibility of both System and Logical tree. Without edit mode users can now create temporary views, and move resources from the System or Logical tree to their Personal tree.
Command Recording Software and R6 Embedded Recorders
R6 embedded recorders include the X-Series, the EL Series, and the RideSafe XT Series.
Axis Camera Profile Support
CRS and R6 embedded recorders can now retrieve named profiles, resolutions, and FPS available from Axis cameras, rather than using the default values defined by the recording engine and Smart Deploy.
EL Series Raid 1 support
EL Series recorders now support Raid 1 functionality.
R5 Embedded Recorders
