Minimum Ship Level Changes to 8000 and 9000 Series Recorders

Effective January 1, 2022, all new March Networks 8000 Series Hybrid NVRs and 9000 Series IP Recorders, as well as recorders shipped following repairs, will be delivered with Visual Intelligence release 5.15.0.1004.

We are communicating this upcoming minimum software ship change in advance to help facilitate end user migration. To prepare for this change, please ensure that your customers upgrade their Command Enterprise Software and Command Client to version 2.8.1 or later so that it is compatible.
