We are pleased to announce that the acquisition of the March Networks group by the Delta Electronics Group, a $10 billion USD global leader in building automation, industrial automation and data center infrastructure, has closed and the sale is officially complete.
What does this mean for March Networks?
As we shared with you in October, March Networks will continue to operate as an independent entity from our Canadian-based headquarters in Ottawa, and our existing management team will remain in place. With Delta’s support, March Networks plans to continue our transition to cloud-based video surveillance with new investments in R&D and our product roadmap.
As we make this transition, you should see no change to the high-quality products and services you currently receive from March Networks. The sale does not affect how you purchase and install our products today and your current CSP agreement remains in place. Our team is here to serve your needs as we always have.
