Health Compliance Solution Now Supports Instant Messaging Alerts Through Telegram

Our Health Compliance Solution (HCS) now supports free instant messaging with Telegram.

The new capability is part of March Networks ACT, the real-time alert communication tool built into our HCS to deliver notifications on occupancy, elevated body temperatures, and health and safety compliance.

Telegram can send alerts and snapshots from video footage in real time, making the alert process simpler and more convenient and eliminating the need for customers to set up a separate SMS service.

As a cloud-based service, Telegram also allows customers to sync the app to multiple devices like their desktop computer. It also offers end-to-end encryption for added security and peace of mind.

As a reminder, customers can still configure email alerts tied to video with our HCS.
