End-of-Life Bulletins

Effective January 1, 2020, March Networks will no longer provide bug fixes, maintenance releases, workarounds, patches or security vulnerability fixes for issues found in the products listed below. To view the minimum release of software or firmware customers need to continue receiving software support, read the End-of-Life bulletin.

  • 8000 and 9000 Series video recorders, prior to Release 5.13.0 SP3
  • Command Enterprise Software, prior to Release 2.6.5.5
  • March Networks Searchlight, prior to Release 4.6.11
  • Command Recording Software, prior to Release 2.5.0

Additionally, as of January 1, 2020, the Command Enterprise Server will be declared End-of-Life and will no longer be available for order. It will continue to be supported by the third-party supplier (Dell) for up to 3 years, until January 1, 2023, per March Networks’ standard warranty policy.
