Why am I unable to use R5 Visual Intelligence Client Software on a computer protected by Kaspersky Internet security

If you are not able to allow R5 client software to obtain trusted status from Kaspersky Internet Security, you may have to turn off this software to allow R5 client tools to communicate with NVRs on your network.
