Why am I unable to access a recorder’s Command Client using my browser?

This will depend on the version of the recorder. For all Visual Intelligence 8000 Series recorders at version 5.7.10 or earlier, the Command Client agent within the recorder provided a user with a browser based Client when entering the following URL in your browser: http://ip address of NVR

After upgrading your recorder to 5.8 or later versions, the Command Client browser version was terminated and replace with a thick version. This means you must download the Commadn Client software from our Partner Portal and install it on your computer.
