Command Mobile Plus Now with Searchlight Operations Audit

March Networks has released version 2.1 of Command Mobile Plus, which now offer the Searchlight Operations Audit feature inside the app. Users can review snapshots from cameras to see what’s happening and discern operational issues, like store cleanliness, safety concerns, and placement of promotional displays. Operations Audits allow customers to filter by location and choose search range by date, time, or camera name. This feature is in addition to the current Searchlight Transaction Reports, video viewing options, and video management features.

Command Mobile Plus version 2.1 also has general UI and navigation improvements, which now allows the user to immediately navigate to the desired app features.

Please note that Command Mobile Plus version 2.1 is currently only available for users connected to Command Enterprise Software version 2.12.0 or higher and Searchlight for Retail version 4.12.0 or higher.
